  • ​Preparation of Summary of Valuation Reports​​

    ​Under the Land Duties and Ta​xes Act (as amended), Valuation Department submit a summary of Valuation Report in a form approved by the Registrar-General in relation to the value mentioned in any deed of transfer or any other deed witnessing transfer of any property whereby the latter has made an assessment.  The summary of Valuation Report provides the reason for the assessment, the basis of assessment, the valuation methodology and, where applicable, comparable transactions used.
