    ​Valuation Department advises Ministries and other Government Departments on matters pertaining to the Landlord and Tenant Act 2005 in relation to premises rented by them.
    ​Valuation Department also advises Parastatal Bodies such as CEB, CWA, WWA, MRA etc, whenever its services are required.
