International Standards
The Valuation Department employs as at todate 23 Chartered Valuation Surveyors who are professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Our Chartered Valuation Surveyors hold post in the grade of:
- Director
- Deputy Director
- Lead Government Valuer
- Senior Government Valuer and
- Government Valuer.
All our Chartered Valuation Surveyors provide valuation services to the highest degree of professionalism and standards to our customers.
Valuation Department stay guided by standards set out by international recognized institutions such as International Valuation Standard Committee and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) is a not-for-profit organisation that acts as the global standard setter for the valuatioin profession, serving the public interest.
The IVSC is unique in the role it plays as a valuation standard setter. It is not a valuation trade body. The IVSC is a leader in the mission to raise standards of international valuation practice and is overseen by an independent board of global leaders. Its core objectives are to:
1. Develop high quality Internationial Valuation Standards (IVS) which ensure consistency, transparency and confidence in valuations throughout the world, and;
2. Encourage the adoption of IVS, along with valuation professionalism provided by Valuation Professional Organisations throughout the world.
